Cost and delivery of copies

The archive instructions indicate 20 working days after payment is received. The contract sets the actual deadline and any extension; scope and invoice agreement come first.

Preliminary estimate · File copying: RUB 48,880

The estimate covers 260 images: both sides of each folio, colour JPEG at 300 dpi. Blank versos may reduce the image count.

Administrative records up to A3 inclusive use the A4 rate. Format ×1, 300 dpi ×1, JPEG ×1.

The RGIA tariff links a ×2 surcharge to more than 100 images per working day, while its instructions say per order. It is excluded pending archive clarification. If applied, the cost would be RUB 97,760 and the budget would require renewed approval.

The archive confirms formats, image count and the final amount before order payment. Receipt and preparation for publication are separate stages.
