After a prayer service, the works began operating in Zelino, Staritsa district, Tver province.

Beside the works — a historic estate park
Zelino is more than an industrial history. Noble estates and an old park existed here. In 1918, archival records document the estate of E. I. Zhukova and M. I. Pleskovskaya; today the historic park is state-protected as a regional natural monument.
