No seller, orderable goods, prices, delivery or payment methods are published. An order cannot be placed or paid for.
These terms explain the informational nature of the Zelino 1893 website and which visitor actions do not create contractual obligations. Russian law governs; this English text is an informative translation.
1. Catalogue and proposal status
Candle models, ranges, images, proposed formulations and production plans tell the project’s story. They are expressly not intended for sale. Publishing them is not a public offer of goods and provides no means of acceptance.
An email, feedback form, partnership proposal, offer of expertise or materials merely starts a discussion. An agreement, partner status, site access, order or duty to respond arises only through a separate written agreement between authorised parties unless law provides otherwise.
2. Information
Historical statements are published with sources and limits. Development plans describe intentions, not guaranteed outcomes or dates. Building materials do not replace an engineering survey, legal advice, competent-authority records or safe-access rules.
Factual errors may be reported to zavod@zelino.ru. Correcting an editorial error is not by itself an admission of a contractual duty or loss.
3. Text, photographs and documents
Rights may belong to the project, authors, archives, museums or other rights holders. Publication grants no general licence to copy, adapt or use material commercially. Lawful quotation should identify the author, source and page link where available; other use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
4. External services
Third parties control their linked resources, terms and availability. Yandex Maps connects automatically when the complex or contacts page opens and receives the IP address and technical request data; this is disclosed in the data policy. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not interfere with operation, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, falsify data, overload services or use forms for spam or infringement. Ordinary browsing, linking, good-faith quotation and error reports are not restricted.
6. Mandatory rights
Research may be corrected as evidence develops. These terms do not restrict rights or liability that Russian law makes mandatory. Because distance selling is not active, price, payment, delivery, warranty and return terms do not apply. Before any ordering function opens, the seller’s full details and a separate effective offer must be published; statutory consumer rights will apply regardless of website wording.
