Public donation offer

Revision DON-OFFER-20261021-v3 dated 21 October 2026

1 Recipient and agreement

1.1. The Autonomous Nonprofit Organization Centre for the Preservation of Industrial and Natural Heritage “ZELINO 1893” (the Organization) offers to enter into a monetary donation agreement for public benefit purposes within its charter under Article 582 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2. The website form is intended for legally capable adults donating their own funds. Donations by organizations, payments for another person and special terms must first be agreed at zavod@zelino.ru and documented separately. This restriction concerns the website procedure.

1.3. A donation is gratuitous. It confers no share in the Organization, rights to land, buildings or intellectual property, project management powers, income, goods or paid services. The Organization’s property is accounted for separately from property belonging to its founder, director and other owners.

2 Amount and purpose

2.1. The donor selects an amount and an available purpose. Before payment, the website displays the recipient, amount, one-off or monthly frequency, purpose and applicable documents. Where several purposes are selected, the amount assigned to each is retained. An estimate or a closed fundraiser is not an offer to accept payment.

2.2. The purpose is determined by the payment confirmation and the fundraiser information shown before payment. A general fund is limited to its specified public benefit charter purposes and permitted costs. Restrictions in a targeted fundraiser remain binding on the Organization.

2.2.1. “Public-benefit statutory activities of ANO Zelino 1893” is a separate general donation. It may fund research, conservation and sharing knowledge about industrial and natural heritage, together with necessary support costs within the ANO’s charter, including payment processing, accounting and the website. It has no fundraising target and does not promise to acquire the document viewed, perform a specific task or grant paid access. The page from which the donation is made does not restrict its purpose. The website sets no donation upper limit. Minimum amounts and payment-method limits are determined by the payment service and bank; they are not a budget or a total fundraising cap. The director approves expenditure separately before it is incurred. Personal expenditure and the director’s property are not reimbursed automatically. The gross donation and actual payment-service fees are recorded separately.

2.3. Payment acceptance, accounting and program administration costs may be paid from a donation only within its purpose. For a targeted fundraiser, the budget disclosed before payment applies; general donations under clause 2.2.1 fund its disclosed costs, with expenditure approved separately before it is incurred. Where the purpose does not permit those costs, another permitted funding source must cover them. Provider fees are recorded separately from the full donation amount.

2.4. Changing an accepted purpose requires the donor’s consent or, in the cases specified by Article 582(4), a court decision. Silence, an undelivered email or missing contact details do not replace consent. A remainder is not automatically moved to another purpose. Initial allocation rules within a general fund must be shown and accepted before payment.

2.5. New payments stop when a target is reached, paused or becomes impossible to fulfil. The Organization identifies the unused balance, informs the donor and agrees a lawful solution or refund. For monthly support, consent to a specified subsequent purpose is requested separately; a change to this offer cannot replace that consent.

3 Agreement and payment

3.1. The donor reads the documents, confirms the terms and instructs payment through an available method. The agreement for the particular amount is concluded by transferring it to the Organization or a person authorized to accept it on the Organization’s behalf, with confirmation of successful payment. Creating a link, returning to the website or a pending status does not confirm a transfer.

3.2. The Organization retains the amount, purpose and accepted document revisions. A donation confirmation becomes available after payment is verified. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider. The Organization does not request a PIN, CVV/CVC, banking password or transaction confirmation code.

3.3. The Organization may keep an unprepared fundraiser closed and suspend new payments because of a technical error, discrepancy or legal restriction. Money already received remains subject to accounting and the applicable terms; closing the form does not end existing obligations.

4 Monthly support

4.1. Monthly charges require a separate confirmation of amount, purpose, frequency and cancellation terms. The default is a one-off payment. The authorization to charge and personal data consent are separate from each other and from this offer.

4.2. The first payment is made on enrolment. Later payments are made once a month from the date displayed before enrolment, at 10:00 Moscow time. If that day does not exist, the last day of the month applies; the original day is restored in the next month. Missed months do not accumulate into several consecutive charges.

4.3. The amount cannot increase without new consent. A saved method is used only within a valid authorization. If an outcome is unknown, the Organization determines the original payment’s status rather than creating a replacement charge.

4.4. Future charges may be cancelled through the email management link, the private confirmation page or a request to zavod@zelino.ru. Website cancellation applies immediately on registration. If management is unavailable, future instructions stop after the request is received and verified. An instruction already sent to the provider may complete; refund rules apply separately. Cancellation requires no further donation or fee.

5 Use of funds and reporting

5.1. The Organization keeps separate records of purposes and publishes information about receipts and expenditure in the website’s reporting section. On request it supplies information relevant to a donor’s donation while protecting personal data, banking confidentiality and other persons’ rights. Publishing a name requires its own lawful basis; donating alone does not authorize publication.

5.2. A fundraiser’s information sets its timescale and outcome. A research donation does not guarantee a particular historical finding, a public authority’s decision or work on another owner’s property. Work affecting heritage or privately owned assets requires the necessary rights, approvals and permits. A material change in feasibility is disclosed and addressed under clause 2.5.

6 Refunds and requests

6.1. Refunds follow the law and the Organization’s donation refund rules applicable at payment. The right to seek revocation for misuse remains. The voluntary refund procedure does not limit statutory grounds or claim periods.

6.2. Requests may be sent to zavod@zelino.ru or the Organization’s address. They should identify the payment and the request. The Organization may verify the applicant’s authority and seek information necessary to respond or make a refund.

6.3. Russian law applies. Contacting the Organization does not remove access to courts or other legal remedies. Jurisdiction is determined by law. Liability follows the law and valid contractual terms; mandatory rights are not excluded.

7 Changes

7.1. This offer takes effect after approval and publication. A new revision applies to subsequent payments and new authorizations. Website changes do not increase an existing monthly amount, change an accepted purpose or create consent to new terms. Earlier revisions are retained.
