Cost and delivery of copies

The standard copying deadline is agreed in the contract; no general deadline is confirmed. Two working days for reading-room retrieval is not a copying deadline. The tariff entry date, 7 April 2026, precedes its order date, 4 May 2026; archive clarification is needed.

The archive confirms formats, image count and the final amount before order payment. Receipt and preparation for publication are separate stages.
