How the budget is calculated
The first month is November 2026: two day trips for ten people each, to collect litter and care for park paths. The trip leader confirms the areas and tasks in advance.

Existing inventory is still being checked. Items already available or donated will be deducted before approval.
Payment fees are not yet included: the rate will be known after connection. Insurance and logistics are provisional allowances.
How the fund works
This is an earmarked programme of ZELINO 1893 ANO. One-off gifts support upcoming trips; monthly support helps plan future ones. Salaries and accommodation are not included.
Fund-wide gifts are split between the three goals in the approved budget proportions. Gifts to a specific goal remain earmarked for it. Collection continues after the monthly requirement is met, and the balance carries forward for the same purpose.
Reports show receipts, refunds, fees, expenses and the carried balance. Our target is publication by the 15th of the next month, after reconciliation and approval. Volunteer hours and in-kind gifts are listed separately from money. View reports →
Every donor becomes a friend of the Staritsa Candle Works.
The Gathering of the Twelve is a future meeting of friends of the works. Details will be announced separately.
